More information
- It takes 10 business days to process the maintenance, starting when we receive the written request to add, change, or remove a beneficiary.
- Beneficiaries don't have signing authority. This means, they don't have to sign a form to add, change, or remove their information. They're also not required to be present at the time of designation or removal.
*If it's a business or trust (including charities or churches), we'll need the business name, address, phone number, and TIN.
